ALUHAUS SLIDE

A sliding system with improved thermal insulation parameters thanks to  the  use of a thermal separator enriched with glass fibre. The structure of the profiles allows the construction of large luxurious doors with single or double glazed sealed units.  The  materials and technical solutions used help  achieve  a high level of thermal and acoustic protection. These doors are perfect for detached houses and comfortable apartments that require open spaces.

Application and functionality

  • robust and slender profiles enable the construction of low threshold doors up to 3.2 m high and up to 3.3 m wide
  • number of sliding leaves: 1-4 pieces
  • maximum sash weight 400 kg – larger structures and glazing provide more light to your home
  • optional fittings and anti-burglary glass
  • optional door drive controlled via a push-button or a remote control
  • optional use of closure sensors – reed switches
  • microventilation (optional)

Structure

3-chamber sections with a depth of:

  • sash: 77 mm
  • frame with two guide rails: 174 mm
  • frame with three guide rails: 271 mm

thermal breaks made of glass-fibre reinforced polyamide, high-performance sealing system in the track area and at the leaf contact point

Glazing

thickness of the filling in the fixed or movable sash: 13.5-58.5 mm

Application and functionality

Structure

  • sturdy 3-chamber aluminium sections with a structural depth of 86 mm for frames and 77 mm for door leaves
  • central section chamber with 24 mm wide thermal breaks for frames and 34 mm wide thermal breaks for door leaves ensures high thermal insulation properties
  • specialist hardware for the comfortable functioning of door leaves with a maximum weight of up to 100 kg
  • large permissible dimensions for doors enabling door heights up to 2,700 mm and widths up to 1,000 mm
  • different versions of threshold solutions: classic
    – with swing seal or comfortable to use – with a low threshold

Glazing

  • wide range of glazing from 14 to 61.5 mm, allowing both single and double glazed sealed units to be used,
  • optional specialised glazed sealed units with increased sound insulation or burglar resistance
